Ok. Here we go. My second blog in as many months but rest assured faithful reader(s), this one will stick around for many moons longer than the last attempt.
For those of you following along at home let me bring you up to speed here.
The first blog was entitled "Just Another Day at the Office" created by two coworkers and myself. What started as a brilliant idea turned into an excellent first few posts. The buzz was strong and I thought we really had a good thing going. However (and there's always a however in life) just as quickly as the blog began, it imploded.
Being primarily a blog about our office and the people we work with, my coworkers wanted to operate completely anonymously to protect themselves from any backlash or potential punishment as a result of the wrong person reading the wrong thing. This was a stipulation I never liked but choose to accept at the blogs inception in order to get the thing going. There are a lot of odd things that happen here at work and I didn't want a creative difference to come between this blog and the light of day.
It took less than a week though for me to violate the anonymity contract I had agreed to though and as a result panic, fear, and a rush to judgment caused the deletion of the blog. For those that read it, I take full responsibility for it's demise and apologize.
But here we are, a new blog and a new opportunity, free from the chains of oppression that once held me back.
Think of the first blog as PG-13; this one is rated R. Or you could think of the first blog as network TV and now we are on HBO. All of the stuff you want to see and hear will be available without the bleeps and the black bars obstructing the good parts.
